Summary
Naruto is off with the Toad Sannin, no doubt getting better without having to pulverize his bones because he’s jinchuuriki and he’s Naruto. Sasuke is being trained by Orochimaru, probably taking out all his angst on the creepy snake guy. Sakura begged Tsunade to take her, and despite her immediate regret and wounds to show for it, is still able to keep up. The three sannin are split between them, each training them for whatever goals they have.
Of the original Team Seven, she and Kakashi are the only ones left in Konoha, and he’s already kind of the exception because he never takes breaks between missions.
She hasn’t spoken to him in two months.
She should probably get on that. And try to find a reason to keep living. Who knows, maybe they’ll coincide.
(how sakura spends her three years with team 7 disbanded, while kakashi tries to make up for his shortcomings in his own strange way.)

Summary
She’s under Neji's command, which apparently means she’s under the Hyuuga’s command. The Hyuuga’s role is on the frontlines, but Neji must be special for a kid from the branch family, because they mostly send him and Sakura out after the big battles are done, to pick off the wounded, and burn bodies.
Sakura kind of wishes she had someone to keep her from the big fights, too. Her job is with Neji, taking back kekkei genkai and retrieving important people’s bodies, but she has other assignments, too. She’s given a dull kunai and told to go through the battlefield, dodging blows and jutsus from friend and foe, slashing at whatever isn’t wearing a Konoha headband.
(the third shinobi war doesn't end, dragging on for years. konoha is running out of troops, and unimportant children in the academy with even a modicum of talent are snatched up to the warfront. sakura, unfortunately, is one of them. so is neji.)

Summary
She takes a bite of the crisp fruit. “We’ve already destroyed the major threats,” she answers. “No wars, currently. Political corruption is at the minimum in Konoha. I don’t think there’s anything left for us to be taking care, of really.”
“Tch. There’s always something to be taken care of,” Sasuke scoffs.
“Just the burdens of being time travellers!” says Kakashi cheerfully, nose buried in a book. “You knew what you were getting into.”
“I did not,” Sasuke sniffs haughtily, “account for how boring it would be once we saved the world.”
Sakura sighs.
time travel but a little bit different: what are time travelers supposed to do when they're done saving the universe?

Summary
She remembers the very first lesson on chakra control that Iruka-sensei brought out, detailing the chakra paths within the body. It’s apparently very important for the Hyuuga family to know that kind of stuff, but nobody paid attention to the boring map at the time.
Except Sakura, probably.
She tips her ear to the squirrel, ignoring the faint stench, willing chakra to spread from her fingertips. Closing her eyes tightly, she recalls the feeling of casting the cloning jutsu, minus the seals. A surge of something tickles her hand, and she jumps, surprised. She holds her breath, waiting for anything to happen, for the squirrel to jump up and claw at her too-tight grip.
Then the moment passes, and she’s left with a half dead squirrel in her hands with the crushing feeling of failure.
But.
But there’s faint heartbeat under her thumb that wasn’t there before. It’s a little stronger than before, pulsing slightly against her finger, and she almost whoops in joy.

Summary
Hinata finds Sakura skipping stones in the river that she always escapes to when the burdens of her place as heir become too much.
She doesn't question why Sakura doesn't introduce herself with her last name. Sakura does not ask about her lavender eyes and distinct coloring.
sakura is adopted by tsunade decades before konoha was created, and made heir to the senju clan. hinata is the firstborn to hyuuga hiashi, the leader of the clan that has been clashing with the senju for centuries. they find solace in each other's company, anyways.
(an au in which sakura is hashirama, hinata is madara, and they both have no idea how to be together without becoming traitors to their families.)

Summary
“Okay,” she bites her lip. “Any objections for me becoming Hokage until I find a successor?”
“That’s great, Sakura-chan,” Naruto bursts out. “Are you seriously going for it?”
“Will you force me into being Hokage again if you get tired of it?” Kakashi blinks tiredly over the spine of his book.
“Will I be allowed to kill people if they offend me?” Sasuke asks boredly.
“Maybe, no, and no,” Sakura answers, glaring at Sasuke. “We’ve gone over this. Killing people without a better reason than ‘you found them annoying’ will get you arrested. Again.”
He shrugs.

Summary
Naruto collection for one shots that are either too shitty or too short to post as standalones. Mostly Sakura-centric with guest appearances from other pairings that I've gotten requests for, or just some stuff that I found somewhat hilarious but not interesting enough to write a full on fic for.
(individual warnings in each chapter to avoid overtagging)
I'm also currently taking requests, for 1-2k fics. Comment any prompt and I'll try and write to my best ability.Series

Summary
Karin jerks up, blood spewing from her mouth as she bites at the spot where Sakura’s hand had just been.
Sakura snaps her fingers back before they’re bitten off, but then there’s Sasuke behind her with the telltale chirp of the chidori starting to form in his hand, and she lets her left hand fall before she can think.
The kunai’s sharp. Covered with the deadliest poison Shizune would allow her to learn how to make. Sakura knows before Karin chokes and claws at her chest, that she will die.
She doesn’t scream, or cry, when Sasuke lowers his hand and Karin stops shaking with the muscle tremors induced by the toxin. It’s not her first kill. It’s not even unsanctioned; she’s a shinobi of Konoha, and Karin is a dangerous criminal with a high body count. Nobody in the village ever would have condemned her as a murderer.
(in which sakura has more believable motivations for chasing sasuke, and becomes more involved in the uchiha than she's ever wanted to be.)

Summary
The Byakugo Seal doesn’t result in death.
It is not Creation Rebirth, where chakra eats at one’s life force in order to keep the user alive. It is a store of chakra, impossibly complex and impossibly simple.
Sakura masters it in three years. It grants her three more years after the war.
No more, no less.
(sakura overstrains the byakugo trying to keep naruto and sasuke alive. she's left with a choice: stay with konoha for the rest of her short life, or leave for something larger.)

There are no names or faces in ANBU. Everything is designed to be strictly formal, efficient and professional.
A recently orphaned Sakura, however, learns that some regulations aren't meant to be followed, and finds a place in Team Ro after being shunned from her former teammates.

Summary
Kakuzu can name numerous reasons why Hatake Kakashi could make him an excellent profit, most of which involve the numerous organizations he's sabotaged. Specific figures would certainly be willing to pay very well for free reign to relieve their violent frustrations on one of the most notorious jounin in the Bingo books.
Such a business would only function with a healer on hand, but it just so happens that a vast majority of shinobi teams have a healer, and there is a pink-haired genin without a bloodline limit or bijuu on the team.
What he did not anticipate is that the Copy-nin's teaching might be so remiss that he hadn't trained said genin in any iryo-ninjutsu whatsoever. Kakuzu does not like making oversights, and he decides to remedy this fact immediately -- unluckily for Sakura.

Summary
The Yamanaka have special eyes.
Not special like the Uchiha or Hyuuga, but Ino and most of her family have pale, colorless eyes without a visible iris.
Sakura doesn't think much of them until Ino kisses her cheek one summer as thanks for a bracelet. The kiss is sloppy and quick, leaving her cheek wet. When Ino blinks, her long, pale lashes brush against Sakura’s face in a gentle whisper. She’d never noticed how wide and beautiful Ino’s eyes were before that moment.
The Yamanaka don't have a doujutsu. Ino says it's a guarded clan technique that gave them their strength, and she won't say anything more because her dad says she can't share clan secrets.
Sakura has never wanted something for herself more.
(sakura's obsession with eyes doesn't begin with sasuke. her days in the academy go a little differently when she's trying to reverse-engineer a clan technique meant for jounin from scratch).

Summary
Sakura thinks they haven’t agreed on anything in an entire year, her and Ino. They don’t agree on what groceries to get, which chores they should do, how they should do anything.
But here, Sakura will make a face when she swallows the sake, and Hinata will laugh a little, hidden behind her hand. Sakura will say it tastes like fox piss and orange blossoms, and Hinata will look around and lean in, admitting that she thinks it’s a little bold for her tastes but she doesn’t want to offend anybody.
Hinata is sweet. She’s sweeter than the sake, sweeter than the pastry Sakura let herself indulge in this morning without Ino there to make a snide comment about it. She tastes even sweeter, melting on Sakura’s tongue like powdered sugar, warm and sweet and soft.
But there’s a reason why she saves sweets for once a week, and there’s a reason why she isn’t here with Ino instead, laughing with her about the shit sake. There’s always a price, and Sakura doesn’t know if she wants to pay it.
(ino and sakura take a break, and sakura doesn’t know how to feel about it — or hinata)
