Summary
I have. Without a doubt. Lost it.
I bring to you Merman Aizawa. And pain. So much pain.
Also. Read the tags. If not.... Well that's not my problem.
It's said that a long time ago merpeople were as real as sharks and whales. As normal as having a fish swim past you while scuba diving.
But humanity's insatiable greed drove them to the edge. Enslaving them for entertainment. Forced to bring long lost artifacts from the depths of the ocean. Search for beautiful minerals. Ripped from their scales. Their meat. Tears. Blood. All of which were believed to own magical properties.
What once was a peaceful relationship between humans and merfolks turned into a blood bath.
Experimented on. Chased. Hunted. Enslaved. Killed.
And before the world realized it the last merperson was slaughtered and the magic of the ocean was lost.
