Or the one where Bucky's in the middle of a meeting and his boyfriends interrupt him with a very sexy phone call.
EXCERPT:
The first thing he heard was breathing.
Heavy.
Thick.
Breathing.
And Bucky knew it was Sam.
There was something else. A little fainter. The sound of wet sliding, movement in hair, of a groan muffled; several groans.
Honestly a lot of groaning from both voices as if to make a point.
Bucky instantly put his earbuds in, turning on Bluetooth, making a beeline to the closest bathroom, fast-walking into the second to last stall, locking the honestly pretty flimsy lock to the stall.
“Sam? Torres?” said Bucky quietly, sort of knowing what he was getting into but a little too stuck in presentation mode to fully grasp what was happening before he heard the deep, dulcet tones of two people, one muffled, as they said, “James,” on the other side of the line, drenched in want and elongated by moans.
Did Bucky lock this multi-stalled bathroom’s entrance? He really hoped he locked that door.
“Are you having a good day at work, James?” asked Sam, breathless, “We thought we’d check in. See how you were doing.”

Bucky looked surprised, as if he thought he was sneaky. Like he could have hidden it, the way he stared.

Usually, it was against the rules for a guardian angel to show themselves in front of the ones they were keeping an eye on; hell, it was against the rules to do something so noticeable to protect their people. But here Joaquín was, breaking rules left and right. And if he’d interfered this much already, he might as well do a little more interfering.
“Tell each other you love one another,” said Joaquín, Sam and Bucky startling as if their deepest, darkest secret had been proclaimed to the person the least wanted to know, “You’re fucking killing me here. I sit around all day watching you both pine. Stop pining. Start fucking. The sexual tension is unreal.”
They sat there on the ground, looking dumbfounded at Joaquín.
“I’m. Um. Joaquín, by the way,” said Joaquín, “Your Guardian Angel.”

Sam placed his work duffle down, walking quietly towards his boyfriends, sitting down next to Joaquín on that nice, fluffy carpet Bucky had insisted they buy, feeling Bucky’s hand rubbing his back, Joaquín’s hand cupping Sam’s cheek, Sam leaning into Bucky’s ministrations, Sam resting his head in Joaquín’s touch as the exhaustion hit Sam all at once.
“Long day?” murmured Joaquín through his moans, Bucky and Joaquín bringing Sam closer to the couch, had him laying his head on Joaquín’s chest.

Joaquín finds an old The Falcon and the White Wolf Workout! tape at Old Man Steve's garage sale. He decides to play it for nostalgia's sake.
EXCERPT:
He even remembered this cover; he used to pull it out to just stare at the two men. Captain America in what was either a very convincing curly mullet wig or legitimately grown out his hair just for this tape; the leotard with the belt and the spandex pants and scrunchy socks and a headband, all striking neon colors. White Wolf with a scrunch in his hair and sky-high bangs, high-cut fitness briefs over his biker shorts, slouchy sweatshirt that always reminded Joaquín of Flashdance, leg warmers, all wild prints, even his futuristic prosthetic.
Before Joaquín knew it, he was looking up at Old Man Steve, asking, “How much for this?”
Old Man Steve looked at the VHS.
He looked at Joaquín.
He smirked.
“Free of charge,” said Old Man Steve, patting Joaquín’s shoulder, and maybe Joaquín should be more worried about that weird interaction, but Joaquín was a little distracted by the fact that oh wow, he owned this video now.

“Here you go. A Bucky and a Joaquín,” said Sam, winking.
They both melted under Sam’s gaze, fake drinking whatever the hell either of those drinks were as Sam went over to tend to the next group of people, some bachelorette party.
“We really need to say something,” said Bucky.
“I know, but every time I see him, I feel blindsided,” said Joaquín, unsure of how to go about this either.
“We’re going to ask him tonight,” said Bucky, trying convince himself as much as he was trying to convince Joaquín, “We’re going to ask him out on his break. We’re going to do that. It’ll work. We’ll tempt Sam with our wiles to at least – I don’t know – be with us? Or something?”

Joaquín couldn’t stop giggling deliriously at what he must look like as Bucky started positioning Joaquín’s legs on his fucking shoulders with Sam’s help, one of Joaquín’s hands in Bucky’s hair, the other on Sam’s shoulder, feeling Bucky’s hand propping Joaquín’s back upright as Bucky’s teeth unzipped his pants, Bucky blinking for a moment as he realized something.
“Um. Sam,” said Bucky, the two of them making eyes for a moment as Joaquín felt Sam move Joaquín’s hand on him onto Bucky’s head, Bucky lifting him up as Sam started taking off Joaquín’s shoes briskly, the two of them playing a goofy, slap-stick game of “How Do These Pants and Boxers Come Off of Joaquín in This Position", Joaquín rapt in how Bucky sputtered at fabric in his face, the two of them bickering quietly as Bucky somehow kept Joaquín high enough to touch the ceiling if he really tried and Sam tossing Joaquín’s pants and boxers off like he was a flower girl at a wedding.
