For those of us who know the lore, there are things in the promotional material which has left us doubting the claim that the showrunners are actually going back to the books when it comes to Tolkien as they say they are. And so I find myself diving back into satire to articulate things that are bothering me regarding Rings of Power even before it's aired simply because of the promotional material.
