Summary
Gotham is ruled by King Bruce and his two brothers, Dick and Damian, and possesses a very rare commodity: water. On the other hand Outlaws, Jason's kingdom, has the land to grow the resources needed to make medicines. Even though they are not on good terms, they share their resources.
King Jason, however, is certain that Gotham is responsible for the death of his parents and seeks revenge in the shadows, even if it means losing his humanity. Slade, Jason's right-hand man, knows something is up and will do whatever it takes to prevent Prince Dick from getting hurt and help Jason come to his senses. To do this, he must investigate and hope that the past's mistakes can be corrected to make way for a new beginning.
