“I’m stronger than you,” Sharpness said quietly, his voice rougher than he intended. He leaned closer, until his lips hovered near the soft fluff of Jude’s ear.
“And you should really learn to shut up.”
Jude’s breath stuttered.
“Yeah?” he rasped, his usual bravado absent. “Then why don’t you make me?”
OR:
During their PvP training session, Judelow runs his mouth one too many times, and Sharpness finally snaps. Sharp decides to teach Jude a lesson about just how scary he can actually be.

“Counterpoint,” Judelow said, kicking his legs happily over the edge of the pit as he fiddled with the bow in his hands. “This is extremely funny.”
Without another word, he let his arrow fly.

After Jude kills him in an extremely humiliating trap, Sharpness swears he'll never talk to the rabbit again. Unfortunately for him, Judelow has a remarkable talent for getting himself into life-or-death situations.
And Sharpness has a terrible, inconvenient habit of always coming when Judelow calls.

“Big day today, huh, princess?” Jude called out, his voice laced with easy amusement.
Sharpness rolled his eyes, forcing the blush from his face as he closed the distance between them. “For you, too. It’s your money on the line."
“Nah, I’m not worried. Besides,” Jude shrugged, his voice dropping to a low rasp, “I think I’ll give you a little motivation. Just to make sure you actually win."
Sharpness held Jude’s molten magenta gaze. “How so?” he asked, his throat suddenly tight.
Jude’s lip twitched upward in a sharp, mischievous smirk. His pink tongue darted out to wet his lips. “I think you can guess.”
OR:
After a humiliating loss blows the engine in his prized Miata, street racer Sharpness is forced to turn to the cocky, brilliant, and infuriatingly hot mechanic, Judelow, to fix up his car. A deal is struck: Jude provides a brand new V8 engine and his mechanical expertise, and in return, he gets half of Sharpness's prize money. But the payment Jude really wants isn't cash — it's the arrogant blond driver himself.
And Judelow always gets what he wants.
