Satoru Gojo is going to find Suguru if it kills him. And whoever stands in the way of that might have to die, too.
Unfortunately, the one that can find Suguru can also kill Satoru, and might actually do it if Satoru lets his voice go over a certain decibel. It's as awful for all parties as it sounds.
Or: Satoru Gojo has been having strange dreams, from an alternate version of the world where it all went to hell. Before, he let the situation lie. Suguru left, and that was his choice. This time, Satoru is not going to be letting that happen, and he think salvation may be found in the one Special Grade he knows exists that never seemed to feature in those dreams.
Unfortunately, that Special Grade curse user is a hell of a lot worse than the rumors gave him credit for. Satoru has dealt with all manners of OP teenagers with all of their own limitations and drawbacks, but he has never seen a more severe case than whatever the hell is going on here.
Or: Kanzou Miyamori was minding his own arboreal business when Satoru Gojo kicked in his door and dragged him into his gay soap opera. He would like out of the soap opera, please.

Suguru Geto does not like this theory. It itches under his teeth, makes his gums split and his mouth bleed and has turned the taste of dirty rags to something more like soaked in saltwater (it's tears, but he will not acknowledge that). Suguru Geto has been introduced to this theory in the form of encyclopedias and milk crates and things that are gone, and it mocks him.
Satoru Gojo also does not like this theory. It rings in his ears like drums, beating, beating, beating like a child who has been left in a training hall and never called for lunch. It reinvents happiness into the cruelty of expectation. It turns childhood into horror.
Grief has a name. Neither will say it.

Eito Ryomen thought he was actually pretty damn great. Like, given all of the other extenuating circumstances, he should have turned out very much not great, but he's funny. He's sexy. He was, once upon a time, a delight to have in class. Sure, he smokes a bit too much. He drinks. He might as well have a neon sign over his head blaring YOU CANNOT FIX ME!!! But, the point is, he is an acquired taste, but that doesn't mean he's a bad one! It's all a matter of opinion! Opinion!
God disagrees. God is a massive cunt and a sore loser that can't get over being beaten in a couple back to back rounds of cards. And a couple rounds of mahjong. And some games of dice. God has now given him a divine mandate. If you think you're so clever, prove it. Reverse abort your deadbeat dad.
Honestly. Isn't that just murder? Ugh. Who wants to trounce all over Japan collecting a bunch of shriveled up fingers? Disgusting. Fine. He'll do it. But he'll be a massive bitch about it. Surely this won't turn into a road trip of disastrous consequences with the worst people in the world stacked in a car together. Surely, for once, his luck will hold out, and no one will be the wiser.

Satoru Gojo couldn't say it didn't start with a pocket packet of Kleenex, at the cross of Sakurabashi Bridge at 2 in the morning, 12 hours after the worst sentence he'd ever heard in his life. But, it did start there. Sort of. It was just what happened when there were long, sleepless nights. You met people that were only meant to flit over your life, as delicate as a cherry blossom brushing the tip of your nose, never there to stay forever. You got a bloody nose because you didn't want to wear the blindfold, didn't want to become what the blindfold would make you. You got a bloody nose, and there was a packet of tissues.
He knew he was meant to be a single petal in the whirl of the life of the great Satoru Gojo. A simple act of kindness, passing ships in the night, for a man too great to do anything but remember the casual kindness from a stranger.
He rejected that.
Suguru Getou couldn't say it didn't start with a man eating nightmares in the middle of the night, the same look of burgeoning vomit on his face that Suguru knew so, so well. A rejection, firm, cold, a kindred spirit drifting away, never meant to be Suguru's, or anyone else's.
He rejected that, too.

Summary
In his defense, Moko Inumaki was not specifically, nor intentionally, looking to grow up a union man. In fact, one could say he wasn't a union man at all. He just encouraged other people to unionize. And those other people happened to be teenage Special Grade Sorcerers who someone at HQ was probably attempting to kill using a borrowed knife, looking at their work load.
Or: Moko Inumaki was raised in a basement by a mother with a strange scar pattern on her forehead. Until she got pregnant, and in his distress at the possibility of replacement, he burned the whole house to the ground and tried to fix his defective technique himself. But, everything worked out. After being abandoned in a forest on fire, he was found and shown what kindness and endless compassion meant.
However, that doesn't mean he forgot the basement. So, when he saw a set of twins even smaller than he was in a cage, he kind of blacked out. Kidnapped them, herded the random Special Grade teenager that was there, for some reason, and accidentally, via wanting that Special Grade teen to get some sleep, may have sparked a strike. At a school he doesn't even attend.
He would love to say sorry, but lying is a sin. So. Not sorry.

Summary
Five years after Suguru Geto got so exhausted with overwork he unionized over it, he has his life somewhat together. He's 22 years old, young, hot, and banging (dating) the strongest sorcerer on the planet, much to the absolute seething hatred of the entire Gojo Clan, which is honestly just another perk of dating a 22 year old multi-millionaire. One could say their relationship is fine, except despite being horribly and irrevocably in love with each other, there is one glaring hump they can't get over: the fact they each have a white moonlight, and it's the same person, so they can't even break up over it.
Satoru Gojo's first most pressing problem is the fact he is the world's strongest sorcerer. His second most pressing problem is the fact he is dating the world's second strongest sorcerer, who is also slightly too hot now that they're in their 20s, and keeps attracting all of the birds and the bees. His third most pressing problem is that neither of them like bottoming, and he's getting a little anxious about a solution. There has to be an answer, somewhere. He just needs to find it.
Moko Inumaki, by all intents and purposes, was minding his own damn business. He is not built for gay soap operas.

Oota Kasuga thought all of those reincarnators working on demon time to 'fix' everything in their new fictional universe before everything went to shit were dumb as hell, actually. Oota Kasuga was not born to fix shit. Oota Kasuga was born to be a hot girl, even after transitioning to being a boy, and he was born to be white girl wasted in the club. He was born to get good dick, wake up plastered in glitter, and have his ass hanging out of hot pants. Just a little cheeky cheek, you know?
So, imagine his displeasure when, in his drunken pursuit of good dick, he somehow managed the unbelievable: getting knocked up, while on testosterone, while ovulating with two separate eggs, while managing to land not one, but two of the worst possible options for a baby daddy on the goddamn planet. No one told him the devil dick of Satoru Gojo and the even more diabolical dick of Suguru Geto were also incredibly virile. It wasn't even a threesome. There were a whole two clubs between the Satoru shot and the Suguru shot.
He's mad.
He's fleeing the country until they kill each other.
He will never be stressed over a man. God forbid. Absolutely not. His skin is too good for this.
