“You gonna tap out?” Kacchan asked, almost sounding like he wanted him to.
“No.” Shaking his head, Izuku clenched his jaw and forced himself to pull it together. With his arms bound, he wasn’t able to wipe his face. Snot and tears ran over his mouth, making him feel gross and humiliated.
If Izuku tapped out, he wouldn’t get the pain he wanted. Kacchan would know how weak he truly was, and then Izuku would have to deal with the aftermath of what he’d done.
He’d told Kacchan to fuck off!
When he’d asked for his color!
Kacchan cared very deeply about communication—especially during scenes. Izuku knew his lies had gotten him into deep shit.

Or, vibrating from the inside out with pent-up emotions and on the brink of doing something he'd regret, Izuku runs to Kacchan to fix it. Throwing caution to the wind, he jumps headfirst into a scene and gets more than he bargained for.
