Summary
Through the haze of pain and the rhythmic thrum of the wheels, h̴̻͇̄͑͆ẽ̷̡͓ watched his mother’s face disappear as they pushed him through the double doors. H̶͕̺̚e̶͎͋̂ was officially a patient. H̶͕̺̚e̶͎͋̂ was officially a number.
Gavi was sixteen when the doctors found the right diagnosis. Schizoaffective disorder. Therapy followed. He learned to live with voices and hallucinations. But he wasn’t always quite successful in taking care of his body. He tore his ACL. It was one of the most challenging times in his life. But nothing compared to the meniscus injury he suffered in 2025. But Gavi wasn’t about to give up. And he went to Flick for help.
‘Rayo Vallecano?’ Gavi quizzed from the chair in front of Flick’s desk.
