Summary
Katie's life should be falling into place. She can fence like a demon on wheels, her boyfriend is the High King of Faerie, and she saved all Avalon not six months ago. So why is everything coming apart? Maybe it's that her relationship is illegal. Maybe it's that she just wanted to see a punk show with her best friend, and now they're under attack by aliens.
Beri cultivates a frozen facade, but when the aliens take Katie from his side, he melts down. He's the High King, but one punk show might cost him everything. He adores Katie, but when faced with an uncaring system, he can only do one thing: lash out.
