Description:

An AU/fusion exploring the lives of the 2003 Turtles if they were aliens instead of mutants and grew up in the Star Trek universe where that's normal. So for most of this they're not teenagers, mutants, or even technically turtles. Might be ninjas, though.

Events so far are taking place nebulously around the time shown on Deep Space Nine, not long after the end of the Dominion War.

Hey, "Starbase Manhattan Project" was nominated for the "Other AU" category of the 2026 TMNT Fanfic Readers Choice Awards! Didn't win, but sure was cool to be on the nominees list!
