Summary
He could imagine what this must look like to the intruder. A circular lab bordered by cells containing only two dead-eyed kids, and an absolute mess of blood and body matter soaking the floor and walls. ‘Poor souls, they just entered at the worst time possible.’ That was his first thought before he looked up and saw the intruder. He froze.
Fluffy, spotted hat, large sword (nodachi?), raven hair, golden eyes surveying the room.
‘Trafalgar Law!?’
OR:
A small child just trying to survive is rescued by a wacky crew, and his new pack is just going to keep getting bigger and crazier.
'Not the worst thing that can happen...hopefully.'

Summary
Law gripped the phone before slowly trying to call the hospital again. The call failed immediately and Law was surprised to see his hands shaking a little. He put the phone down and made his way back to the nurses station.

Wherein Law finally kidnaps the child he has been wanting to save - for their safety! - and tries to survive an apocalypse.

Summary
“Well?” Law huffs. Doflamingo tsks, but his grin does not falter.
“We’ve received an invitation for a Selection Event.” Doflamingo waves a parchment around in one hand, and Law can already feel a headache coming on.
Selection Events were, at their core, basically marriage mixer parties. A kingdom whose heir was ready to marry would invite other kingdoms to send eligible members of their nobility to come and present themselves to the royal, who would then get to know them all in a week-long event before selecting their spouse.
“Why are you showing me this? Indulging Baby 5’s string of engagements is one thing, but you can’t make this particular engagement ‘mysteriously perish’ like all the others.” Law questioned, eyes narrowed.
Doflamingo chuckled, “No, she’s not the one going for the event.” He leaned forward with a sharp grin. “You are.”
“Excuse me!?” Law gaped.
