Alex, Sean and Hank sure as hell haven't and nothing even happened to them. Then there is Charles who just can't seem to be angry.
It was near impossible to not be angry at him not being angry.
Erik is struggling with the fact that he has hurt Charles and now freaks out whenever he is actually hurt.

If he died he would know that he wasn't and never would be alone. He knows more beyond the grave than he knows outside of it.
The only consequence really from dying would be that he wasted his life.
He had already wasted ten years of it in that prison, behind glass. Behind plastic weapons that were never for show. He had plans of what he would do in those ten years, and as much as he hated to admit it… ,None of those plans included the brotherhood.
Erik dosent want to be alone anymore. He doesn’t want to feel pain and there is only one person he knows who can heal his mind.
