Wally's been feeling a lot weirder around Dick lately—honestly, he's not really sure what happened, but every single time he's around Dick, the same exact thing happens.
His stomach feels all warm and fluttery, about to explode with how his cheeks go bright red. Then there's also the way he gets totally dizzy, which is clearly what he needs during missions, and of course the reprimands after!
Plus he's been tripping over himself way more than usual, because for some strange reason, he just can't seem to tear his eyes off of Dick.

Whenever Dick looks into the mirror, he can barely recognize himself. It's not exactly the result of some deep-seated tragedy or guilt, but because all he sees in his reflection is some sad, pathetic little girl.
He's not a girl. He's never been one.
But he doesn't feel like a real man either.
He has a great, supportive community who loves and accepts him for who he is—but he just wonders what could've been, if it hadn't been for his biology.

"Wait so like, what's a fanfiction?" Wally made air quotes as his head tilted off to the side. "Cuz I'm confused."
For someone as fast, charming, brilliant, awesome as Wally is, especially considering that he's really cool, fast, amazing, humble, and fast, most people would probably assume he'd know just about everything!
Except for his friends, family, team, enemies, his (lack of) fans, and… okay that's not exactly the point he's trying to make.
And yet, fanfiction is apparently the one thing that stumps Kid Flash.

And fanfiction may or may not just be the key to Wally's struggles—because if he couldn't verbalize it, then he could totally write it out! With like, a ton of details omitted, their secret identities and all that stuff just so he could post it online—but the point still stood sky-high—at least for Wally it did.
