He didn’t know what he’d do if the IPC didn’t go with the encasing plan.
What he’d do if those higher ups, in that moment, decided to obliterate the land that Mr Yang, Himeko, and Dan Heng were standing on.
The image makes the Stellaron pulse. Caelus feels it in his throat, like the need to scream.
He realises he would have drawn blood. If things hadn’t gone right, he would be an outlaw right now. Caelus opens his eyes to look down at his gloved hands, and realises that he would have killed.
alternatively;
even after caelus manages to convince the ipc to not obliterate planarcadia, the rage remains. he takes it out on the last person he’d want to be angry at, and the one person he wants to see the most.
