With help from Noah, Y'shtola Rhul learns how to use the Aetheric State Player. She experiences part of the recording that Lauden Praud agreed to make for her, and finds the experience to be edifying. Edifying, and very, very arousing. Following a meaningful night with Cheria Haredottir and further discussion with Lauden, the mage decides to give the Warrior of Light the state player and the recording of Marielle Rontremont, in the hopes that it will fulfill a need that the Warrior of Light has felt since she came of age.
It turns out that the emotions contained in state recordings can linger after playback - a "stickiness" that will have long term consequences for both Lauden and Y'shtola.

Throwing her genderfluid femme WoL Emilia and Emet-Selch into a new circumstance this time post-5.0 and their battle, stumbling along still in their relationship but now grappling with what it means to also be alive together in the aftermath of their conflict. Right alongside the Scions.
After the return from the Tempest, Hades finds himself free of Zodiark and of death's embrace by virtue of Hydaelyn's eleventh hour intervention. Venat seeing fit to return him to Her Warrior's arms to aid her and the Scions in their coming trials, both as penance for his own deeds but also out of a fond sense of admiration for the love that has recently come to exist between Emilia and Hades. Even in spite of their battles.
In the Ocular, Hades stands beside her a Scion himself now, musing upon not only what his future will look like in their care and as her lover, but what the Scions may think of this arrangement over time. In seeking to continue bridging the divide, he aids them well, and works his magic on Emilia to continue growing their relationship. Even resorting to a bit of theatrical flair to get the job done...
