Summary
"Thancred had always thought himself a rather smooth talker and general flirt when it came to women, and his luck tended to be quite favorable where it mattered. But here he was, tongue tied and stumbling over his words in the presence of the one person whose opinion mattered the most to him. Thancred could have smacked himself."

Summary
With help from Noah, Y'shtola Rhul learns how to use the Aetheric State Player. She experiences part of the recording that Lauden Praud agreed to make for her, and finds the experience to be edifying. Edifying, and very, very arousing. Following a meaningful night with Cheria Haredottir and further discussion with Lauden, the mage decides to give the Warrior of Light the state player and the recording of Marielle Rontremont, in the hopes that it will fulfill a need that the Warrior of Light has felt since she came of age.
It turns out that the emotions contained in state recordings can linger after playback - a "stickiness" that will have long term consequences for both Lauden and Y'shtola.

Summary
Hancock Fitzgerald thinks he's bringing together an archer, a machinist, and an engineer for a dangerous heist that promises to net each of them a phial of Fantasia. All they have to do is hijack an East Aldenard Trading Company transport, and leave enough evidence to convince Lolorito Nanarito that the Garlean Empire is responsible for the theft. As they're organizing, the participants in the heist realize that most of them have used Fantasia in the past, and those that haven't are looking forward to doing so. There's no way Hancock could have known this, which leaves them wondering - who's really pulling the strings? Who - or what - really brought them together?

Summary
Tyran Midas, Savior of Eorzea, Scion of the Seventh Dawn, the vanquisher of Ultima, the Warrior of Light was not a prideful person. Despite his many titles, he never thought of himself as all that special. He was a simple man. A younger brother, and a proud uncle who wanted to make the world a bit safer for his sister and nephew. He didn’t seek accolades, or fancy titles, despite the fact they were constantly laid before him.
But there were some things that no man, no matter how brave, or humble could handle. Of those things, this likely had to be the most devastating.
