The drunken teens sat near the infamous Quarry's ledge one by one, passing the bottle amongst themselves, and enjoying the everglow of the new moon that's overshadowing Hawkins.
Patrick cleared his throat after the long admiration of their surroundings, "Hey which do you think is worse..the Upside Down or here or whatever this is called?" He took a swig as he looked towards his peers.
After a brief silence, Steve was the first to speak up, "The er- Rightside up? The kids discussed it earlier.." He stared at the water below.
"Really Harrington?"
"I gotta say - dealing with nasty ass interdimensional monsters that want to take over our world is sometimes way easier than dealing with high school. Especially Tommy ugh-"
"What an ass."
"Pretty sure he had a hard on for pretty boy over here."
"Oh hush, he did not." Steve huffed and shook his head as he took the bottle from Rob.
Billy scrunched his brows, and tilted his head towards the pretty boy in question as he blew smoke out of his nose. "So did, that fucker talked in his sleep. Surprised Carol hadn't left his ass sooner." He looked towards the sky.
