Summary
Basically I wanted to write a universe where Voldemort never rose into power and there was no Wizarding War. Lily and James are alive and Harry is not the boy who lived but an average Hogwarts student. I had to shift events around but I feel like this could be a very interesting idea. Many events and deaths I got rid of while others I just shifted or put in a different context. Also I feel like there is not enough Cedric/Harry and I wanted to write it and I wanted to write it without all the tragedy.

Taking a deep breath, Cedric willed himself to calm down. “No,” he said, “I want to tell you – God do I want to tell you – it’s just…” he tried to put his words together. He looked over at Harry, looking at his face as if searching for something. “Harry,” he said in a shaky voice, “can you promise me that you won’t react badly? And know that I do not expect anything from you until you’re absolutely ready?”
“Of course,” Harry agreed with no hesitance.
“The reason that night is my happiest memory is because…” the pause stretched out as Cedric began to gather himself. Finally, with a deep breath, he said “… it was the night I realized I was in love with you.”

Summary
Things are finally looking up for Delphi. She's got a shiny new last name, she's turned her best friend into her boyfriend, and she's proven to herself that it doesn't matter who her father is—she can rise above her family legacy so long as she's got the nerve to try. She can be an Heir of Slytherin without being a monster, and just because she's the daughter of a Dark Lord and a Black, it doesn't mean she's doomed.
Or does it? Delphi had hoped that the worst of her Hogwarts years were over now that Lord Voldemort is no longer hiding beneath professors’ turbans or in first years’ bookbags—but that was before the news broke about Sirius Black’s escape from Azkaban.
Now on top of all the stress of the past two years, Delphi will have to deal with more new classes than can fit into a single school day, soul-sucking dementors running rampant on the grounds, and the awful fact that there’s a murderer coming after Harry once again—only this time it’s not her father but her cousin who wants his head.
And between this stark reminder of all the madness in both sides of her family and Professor Trelawney’s constant talk of prophecy, Delphi has to wonder: what if there really is such a thing as fate?

Simple explanation : After the war, Harry went to hiding with his daughter, Delphini Riddle. The only who knows about this was only the black relatives and Luna except Harry's friends. He griefs every time Harry visits his cousin's grave.. i meaning crying. At least he had only one Riddle Remaining left.
one day he went to go out in disguise and left Delphini with his aunt Andromeda and Teddy. He heard someone talking about him and then he left the two called friends behind with sadness. When he found out about the time turner can lead him back into the past. He pack his stuff, and everything else with Delphini and ask if Aunt Andy is okay with bringing Teddy Into the past with him....
