Spoilers for season 2.
“I’m not going back,” Angel bristled slightly. Didn’t they see? He had spied on them for almost a year, relaying everything back to Vox, letting him know about Lucifer, letting himself attack Cherri; he was not going back! Alastor seemed unbothered by his protestation, granted the radio demon was generally unbothered except when it came to Lucifer and Vox. The latter Angel understood better than the former.
“Because you don’t trust yourself or because you feel guilty?” Alastor said conversationally, like they were talking bout the weather. The red demon rubbed his hands down the mic in his hands.
Or Alastor appears at the Vee Tower to make Angel Dust a very interesting offer.

It was the sound of groaning that caught Charlie’s attention first. And as she looked to the side, she spotted him.
“Dad?” she asked, confused. What was happening right now? She couldn’t understand. Why was he underground? Where had he come from? And why was he spasming? And... was he bleeding?
“Don’t go down there. It’s a place of pain.”
Charlie ran up to her father, Vaggie right behind her. She noticed how he was barely able to stand and grabbed him by the waist. “Dad, wha - what happened? Where were you?” Charlie asked as she assessed Lucifer’s body.Or

Before the event, he had preferred Vox infinitely over Val. Vox meant desk work, with Val, it was potions and sometimes sex work. But considering it was Val who had torn off the maniac’s head, he had a sort of grudging appreciation for him now still didn’t mean Val didn’t make him nervous.
Or after the incident, Blue is responsible for feeding Vox, but being in the same room and Vox and Val is not easy.

Vox’s body wheezes, squelches, crackles; his systems struggle to stay online as blood and coolant pour from the space where his torso ends, body blown to pieces by his own weapon. Funny, that his attempts to destroy Alastor destroyed him, instead. Perhaps it was always meant to end this way."
