Emma's life was normal but then one day that all changed and things got more complicated. She was born in 2002 and grew up in England but that all changed in 2021 when she was 19 years old when she woke up in the past, more specifically Yorkshire 1909. It was a mild day (what else) in the grounds of an estate called Downton Abbey. After literally falling onto the floor right in front of the owners in question of the estate, the Earl and Countess of Grantham, Robert and Cora Crawley.
