Summary
After finding Basil dead in his room Sunny follows in his footsteps and stabs himself before he moves away. Once she finds out, Mari is upset that Sunny and Basil just left their friends behind before telling them what really happened the day of the recital. So they now have a new job to do, Give their friends the truth they deserve.
One monochromatic boy doesn’t take too kindly to that though..
Soon after both of their friends deaths, the remaining three friends start having odd dreams that seem way to similar to be coincidences. And in those dreams they come across some very familiar faces, and some secrets waiting to be revealed.

Summary
It has been 4 months since Sunny was discharged from the hospital, and since he was found dead in his new home.
Everyone has taken their own ways of coping with Kel and Hero going through the opposite reactions to how they reacted with Mari's death resulting in Kel locking himself away while Hero keeps trying to get Kel to come out of his room.
Meanwhile, Aubrey has become even more aggressive and refuses to talk to anybody, not even the Hooligans.Basil has thought about ending his own life to be with Sunny and Mari again, but that changes one day when Basil receives a call from Sunny's mother about a weird program she found on Sunny's old computer, called "OMORI". It was created on the desktop only a few days prior to the call. The creator of the program was listed under "Sunny".
Sunny, even beyond the living will try to get the truth to his friends, no matter how harsh it may be.

Summary
Sunny, unable to cope with the repressed guilt, allows Omori to subsume his will and take control. Following this, Omori takes a knife with him to bed and accidently stabs himself as he attempts to awaken from his dreams. He comes to in a hospital, his mother having found him that early morning before it was too late, but finds the real world too full of pain, of suffering, and retreats into his mind once again, hopefully for good this time.
Meanwhile, the outside world attempts to cope with the loss of Basil, having been found dead from suicide. Aubrey cracks from guilt, Kel blames her, and Hero retreats once more. Not even sleep grants them reprieve, as the three find themselves drawn into a colorful world next to a familiar monochrome boy...

Summary
Sunny couldn't take it anymore. Basil no longer being with them, what he did to Mari, and how he made his friends suffer.
He's so tired and he wishes for it to end. He returns back to his home planning something dire, but at least he will finally get to rest... He will leave his friends like Basil... But he doesn't care anymore. He just wants to finally be free of the years taken by what he did long ago.
However, by a stroke of chance of luck or misfortune. He is not allowed to rest, not yet. He is brought back to the night before the incident that changed his life. But now he has his memories... Along with the horrors that come with them. And they will make sure that this miracle won't make Sunny forget what he had done.
