One harsh winter season a sinkhole opened in Somber Marsh, revealing a previously unknown ruins at its bottom. The Civil Corps are no stranger to ruins but even they couldn't have predicted what they'd find down there or how it would effect their tiny corner of the world.
Minor changes: seasons fleshed out to full 3 months each. Being as there's so little information on what the world was like prior to the time period Portia takes place in all unofficial locations, references, and technology veer off into AU and headcanon territory.

Kaina never had much faith in her father, but this was probably the biggest stunt he'd ever pulled, and she fell for it completely. Now stuck alone in a new place, she must work to build up her workshop and find the home that she has always been looking for. Meeting the familiar cast of unique characters, falling in - and out - of love, with the drama following the main events (and some added/altered ones!) how will things turn out this time around?
All talk aside, this is my dumb*ss brain writing a story through the perspective of my character on one of my playthroughs. I loved the potential and where my daydreaming went, so this is the consequence of that.
It might take a second to set up, this is the first Fanfic I've ever written, and my skills are a bit rusty. But I promise fun times ahead!-
