This sanctuary is a safe haven for the Pathstriders, Allogenes, Valkyries and Quirkless, where they can live without fear of persecution. However, the world outside remains unaware of the real purpose of this place, and no one is able to enter or interfere.

Summary
Three months after the events in St. Fountain, a failed expedition resulted in Adam running away out of grief. Eventually, he finds himself inside the Astral Express and has reunited with an old friend, as well as Kiana Kaslana, the one and only Herrscher of Finality. However, Kiana seems to have lost her Herrscher powers for reason unknown. With the Astral Express their new home, Adam and Kiana will have to travel to various places across the Honkaiverse to find the answers they are seeking, as well as a second chance to save someone's life.
Note: This story is a retelling of Honkai: Star Rail and is also based on the Wattpad story "The 13th Herrscher Returns Among The Stars".
