She was well aware that there are dark circles forming under her eyes, but she can't bring herself to care. Why care about beauty when you're going to be dead soon anyway, right? Scott tries a few times to get her to rest but after a while, even he seems to give up on getting through to her.

As the title says, this is a collection of moments in which Siobhan just knew something was going on between Sarah and Rachel, in no specific order.
IMPORTANT - For the purposes of the main story I am writing and where I want to take it (as well as general iffiness about two clones getting it on)... Sarah and Rachel are NOT genetic identicals. They are clones, yes, but of two different LEDA projects and thus two separate clone types. Sarah is of course of the LEDA project we know, brunette, and Rachel, blonde, is part of a separate clone project within the LEDA project, not related at all to Sarah and Sestras.
