This is an assortment of ficlets inspired by some of the July Drabble prompts – posted with apologies that I started these in August and finished them in December (just!), that these aren’t drabbles and that I’m going for four chapters with three to five ficlets in each (and only seventeen prompts out of the thirty-one). Some of these are set at Chapman Farm and feature supporting characters from ‘The Running Grave,’ whilst others are set at various points in the lives of Strike and Robin.

Okay, please be warned... This is not a happy fic. Rape, sexual assault and trauma is the theme throughout. The rape does not happen 'on page' and there are no graphic depictions of rape or sexual assault. However, there is frank discussion of it, including some medical details (around the aftermath, evidence gathering, health screening, etc).
These drabbles have been adapted from a fic I've had written for years now, but thought I would never publish. I've bitten the bullet. I hope you... well, not enjoy it, I suppose, but appreciate it 😅
