Basically Kim dojka is in mao mao place from the apothecary diaries. And all characters are from orv. The beginning is basically the same plot like from the apothecary but it is a bit change because the characters is different. It will change more as the story progresses.

Yoo Joonghyuk also goes back to the 3rd turn, but with only a fragmented memory. More like he remembers some stuff about Kim Dokja and wanting to know more about him, but unfortunately he only remembers that he wants to know who Kim Dokja is.
( I don't remember much of the scenes in ORV. )
