Jesse Faden, Director of the FBC, has finally eradicated the Hiss and lifted the lockdown. She wants to finally relax and take a break from everything, but an alert of an AWE pauses her plans. Why did they receive the notice seven years too late? Who was involved in the Event? Why was it so similar to the Ordinary Event? There are always too many questions for her, but Jesse’s determined to make sure no one is hurt like she and Dylan were ever again.
