It was a sunny day. It felt like the universe was mocking him.
There was three wooden caskets, side by side, ready to be settled in the fresh burial plots.
None of it felt real. Two weeks prior, Techno mussed his hair, Wilbur had given him a tight hug, and Phil pressed a kiss to his forehead and told him to not cause too much trouble for Sam. They promised to be back in time for his birthday.
April 9th was six days after the mission went south.
Seven days after, they told him his entire family was dead. Sam had held onto him as he screamed.

Tommy's entire family may or may not be dead, and he's left to run his father's gang. He has no idea what the hell he's doing, Sam is trying his best to help, and Dream's a manipulative shit who tries to steal it out from under him.
