Shinobu stared at him before huffing softly, a pained expression flickering across her face as she watched the young alpha pup run around seemingly looking for a demon, “No, Inosuke, it’s not a demon.. I’m just.. in heat.” She whispered
“But your smell! You smell hurt! Why are you hurt?!” He asked in frustration.
Shinobu smiled slightly as Inosuke crawled into the nest beside her, she appreciated how much he cared for her even when he was completely oblivious to her. She winced slightly as her scent glands swelled further, she shifted into a more comfortable position, she huffed rubbing at it trying to make it just stop-
Inosuke blinked looking over at her, okay so that thing on her neck definitely hurt.. and rubbing at it made it feel better- it’s where her smell was strongest but if he could help then he’d do anything to help! “Can I.. help?” He asked hesitantly not really knowing what to do but he didn’t like seeing her in pain okay?! He wanted her to be normal Shinobu! Not weirdly sweet smelling making sad hurt noises Shinobu!
