Summary
Fall begins, and much like the dying leaves surrounding him, Inosuke finds his life stagnating in a way it never has before. With nothing but a feeling he refuses to think about, he begins to realize he's slowly losing his chance to figure out what's plaguing his being.
Of course, it doesn't help that no one bothers to dig below that tough exterior and notice he's drowning.

"Humans are so pitiful," Douma lamented, dangling yet another luxurious offering in his long thin fingers. Toying with the hauntingly expensive pearls until they were crushed underneath his superior strength. "They live and die like the common worm, yet convince themselves that their lives have meaning."
"Isn't that silly?"
Inosuke, being a mere two years old and incapable of saying more than 'Douma', 'milk' and 'dada', just stared as he continued his tirade. Giggling as he watched the demon grind the pretty necklace into fine dust, before lifting his palm to smear it into the pile of broken prayers and disrespect.
"Ah-ah-ah, Inosuke"- Douma grinned, not bothering to contain his bark of laughter at the toddler's angry pout - "Wouldn't want to get filthy, would we, my little flower?"
Inosuke could only stick his tongue out in response.

Douma lived his life thinking he was incapable of having emotions. Yet what if instead of being unable to feel emotions, they were simply suppressed due to his traumatic lifestyle? What if something, or someone, could allow these emotions to come to light?

during a harsh winter, Inosuke ends up in the same facility Nezu is. One as an unwilling guest, and the other as a science experiment. They meet on more than one occasion, and it’s clear that they could never get along.
However when alarms blare and heroes shut down the experiment, Nezu doesn’t leave him.
Now he finds himself struggling to even gain an identity as a sentient being, all while having a four year old in tow.

Summary
When Inosuke was brutally attacked by a demon on a mission leaving him permanently blinded, his entire world shattered, and despair takes over as he is unable to handle this new way of life. Just when things couldn't get any worse for Inosuke, he figures out that he is actually suffering from "side-effects" from the demon's blood art, as he experiences symptoms of psychosis.
It turns out, it's a full blown curse meant to completely demolish his psyche. What happens when Inosuke starts having visions, and fears that they could actually predict the future? This combined with everything else seriously starts to destroy his sanity, unraveling day by day.
Will his friends be able to save him from the brink before it's too late? Also, why does Inosuke keep experiencing unexplainable feelings towards Tanjiro through all of this?

It was unusual that their school got new students that didn't come with the usual changing of years. Most students went to the prerequisite schools that allowed you into this high school. It wasn't hard to get into, it had low standards. Occasionally people would change high schools where they finished their first year at one school and started their 2nd here at this school. Even rarer were the kids who transferred in the middle of the school year. So of course, when, at the end of May, it was announced class 2-B was going to get a new transfer student, people were a little surprised, and talked.
People noticed right away this new kid was different, and quickly found out why he had been tossed aside for so long. They joined the crowd that surrounded the boy and tossed him aside too. This was a fact the boy accepted. People didn't like him, and in return, he didn't like them.
Who would have guessed, though, that having someone care for you would feel so nice?

Or will they have a better understanding of each other and struggle together? Maybe both.

Zenitsu's past was harsh, the foster system being unreasonable and cruel, and his school bullies don't help his mental health.
