The first chapter is replacing the final scene between Lena and Kara in 6x20, and then subsequent chapters will continue building into an (as of yet) undetermined story. Buckle up, we're in for a ride
Also I know Lena is supposed to be a witch but I kinda hated that plot point, and I also don't know the slightest bit of LatinSteamy scenes and smut aren't really my thing, so if that's all you're looking for, it won't be here

“- cappuccino.” Lena and Lex both supply in unison. Lena’s glad her sunglasses are firmly in place to hide the eye roll she gives Lex when he waggles his eyebrows at her conspiratorially.
“They hate us in the beginning, but we get them in the end,” Lex shrugs and tilts his face up toward the sun. Lena hopes he gets a sunburn as she pulls her cover up tighter to protect her own pale, sensitive skin.
“Well,” Lena purses her lips, “in the meantime, I should just put up a sign -- ‘Coming Soon, a Luthor Books Superstore and The End of Western Civilization As We Know It.”

Who knows how long Lena was tortured before—God knows how—Kara got an inkling and went to check on her. Since Lena hadn’t called Kara’s name, the thugs were fairly unprepared for the entry of a super-fast alien with fire in her eyes and ice in her breath. It was a matter of minutes and a whole lot of punching before three of the four men were tied up with the same rope that left marks Lena was still sporting. The fourth man—the one doing the “torturing”—is currently in the ICU. Kara later debriefed the DEO, explaining that what she did was in self-defence, and pointed to the kryptonite bullet scar—now quickly fading—in her right shoulder. Lena was taken to the DEO medbay, where she stayed for a total of three hours and twelve minutes. The moment Kara came by to check on her, Lena snatched her medical records that Brainy had printed to be reviewed and fled the scene. Supergirl, in her full red-blue regalia and heroic presence stood there with a slight twinkle in her eyes. The kryptonite had hurt less.
