Summary
Starting off just after the last episode of season three, this story will be my own version of how the story of most Anne with an E characters will end. While it is very much Anne/Gilbert centric, I also have plans to expand on Bash's, Jerry's and Ka'kwet's stories, and maybe a few more.
I will do my best to write everyone in-character and be as loyal to cannon as possible. Artistic licences will probably be taken on some minor topics, but the story will otherwise be as "realistic" as possible.
I did not read the books on which the series is based. I might google some things in order to include them in my story, but nothing mayor. Mostly just ideas for new characters or events. Aside from that, this will be my own take on the story, primarily based on the show and not so much the books.
Thank you for reading!! I apreciate all comments and kudos. This is the first work I have ever posted, and if it goes well I might explore some other fandoms I'm interested in. Probably Avatar the Last Airbender, Sokka/Zuko centric (I honestly surprised myself picking a straight couple for my first fanfic).

She learns to accept her grief and begins to heal as time moves on. Living with Gilbert sparks some tension and their school rivalry and friendship has them questioning if they’re even friends… or more.

Alternate Universe where Anne’s parents live until she’s fifteen (and a half) and then die of fever and then the Lacroix’s plus Gilbert take her in. (Also Mary lives because I say so.)
