Summary
It has been over sixty-and-one hundred years since the death of the vicious King Galbatorix. Eragon Shadeslayer and Saphira Bjartskular lead the New Order of Dragon Riders alongside Arya and Firnen, and Murtagh and Thorn. Under the benevolent watch of the six Elders, the Dragon Riders have spread peace throughout the continent of Alagaesia, and the dragon race is thriving. But what if there were other lands out there? Eight Dragon Riders, the most senior and experienced of them, are carefully selected and chosen to explore the far east, to be the ambassadors of the New Order, to spread peace.
These fine Dragon Riders expected to see other humans and elves, perhaps even some dwarves and urgal-like humanoids. But they weren't expecting men-beasts, giant humans, and a completely radical change of scenery.

Summary
[PODFIC]
"Dragons tend to share specific endearments with their Riders and sometimes vice versa. Saphira calls Eragon “little one” and even Glaedr uses the term once. But for Thorn and Murtagh, they always call each other “my love”.
Based on an important headcanon to me. Three times (of many) Murtagh and Thorn call each other "My Love"

Nice story. A little bit hard to read (in defense of the author, english might not be his or her first language), but I liked it anyway, the overall idea was really great.
Eragon was a real piece of shit who didn't do anything to help and save his brother Murtagh from the clutches of Galbatorix (he didn't even try! with a brother like that who needs enemies?), Eragon didn't much care about his brother Murtagh only about how he served the empire, he also forsook his brother Murtagh for something he had no control over, he was a judgmental prick with a holier-than-thou attitude. Eragon was not the one who was raised by an abusive piece of shit "father", Eragon was not the one who was abandonned by an uncaring bitch "mother" who doesn't deserve the title of "mother" because she should have known better than to abandon her own son and in the hands of an abusive and psychopathic "father" no less instead of taking him to her brother like she did with Eragon, Eragon was not the one who was kidnapped and tortured and mentally raped by Galbatorix, and Eragon was so blind and self-centered and so convinced of his moral superiority that he couldn't even see the price Murtagh paid for letting him escape, the sacrifice his brother Murtagh made for him. Eragon too was very much in need of a redemption arc.
