George knows Sapnap better than anyone. He takes care of him, and there’s no one else who could do it better than himself. He gives Sapnap what he needs until he’s barely verbal, flushed and fucked-out and brainless in his bed. He’s all Sapnap needs.
But it’s not enough to know him like this, and to take care of him. George wants to be the heart that pumps blood throughout Sapnap’s body, keeps his lungs moving and his body warm and oxygen moving throughout it. He doesn’t just want to be all Sapnap needs; he wants to actively be needed by the younger man, all of the time.

Day 7: College AU
Sometimes, he just really wishes things would go back to the way they were before they got into a relationship. But unfortunately, George doesn’t own a time machine, and he’s not breaking up with Dream. That would probably kill him or something.
Not to mention the fact that they have the same friend group, and that would make things really fucking awkward. Sapnap would probably beat the shit out of him, and Karl’s been trying to get George to break up with him for months and George refuses to give him the satisfaction.
So, he’s stuck in the neverending limbo of not being able to bring himself to break up and waiting for Dream to realize how unhappy he is. Although, he’s not sure how much more he can take.
George is unhappy in his relationship with Dream, and goes to Karl for comfort.

This wouldn't be the first time that Sapnap sat curled around himself, receding into the shadows of his room. It happened more often than he'd like, but what could he do? He didn't want to bother George - wouldn't ever bother George - even if sometimes it was the thing that he wanted the most. He sat, arms around his knees, when he so desperately wished that the hands of his currently holding himself together could belong to someone else. That he could have a chance to relax, feel loved. Such a feeling, such a touch, hadn't come in months.
And so it wasn't the first time that Sapnap had become the only thread holding his world from what felt like tumbling into shambles.
