Fuka doesn't budge, and as a result of her lust and disillusionment, is able to release her sexual potential and acquire the stamina of a regular succubus; allowing her to fuck nonstop for an entire night in the Netherworld. Fearing what may become of Fuka at this point, Valvatorez let's her go off on her adventure in hopes she'll learn a lesson. However, any chances of a lesson being learned is slim to none when it comes to Fuka.

Feelings can't be suppressed as easily as Valvatorez would like to insist, even when they're disturbing his current relationship with Fenrich and the platonic one he believes he wants to have with Artina.
Though she is far more concerned with potentially having lost God's favour and her own faith in Him after stopping the horrors of Fear the Great, alongside Nemo’s return as a prinny.
And Fenrich is just trying to get the promise fulfilled so he can get rid of all these damn problems.
