Jayce, exasperated, continues, “I shouldn’t be sharing this with anyone outside of the council, but there’s been a string of attacks near the lab. Particularly at night. People say a masked man, or creature attacks them. Before they can get a good look, it knocks them out. When they wake up, their legs or arms have been bitten. They all experience the same thing: An initial blow to the head, bites, lightheadedness from blood loss. And they all wake up dumped near a hospital.”

Vox had left both of his past industries, all over a span of 7 years. His modeling job, which was so fucking tiring. And the Vees. While his fling with now dead boss was somewhat fine, he hated it inside.
Bad news.
Both of the survivors of those industries survived. He was dealing with his Hotel, the Proud Rebel Runnings, and Velvette. Nifty was dealing with her.
Alastor though. He was on his vacay! It should be nice, he would be gone still. Hopefully for the rest of the decade.
The news fucking SCARED him once he finally unwinded, just setting his stress up again.

Then there was the obsession, the driven madness, the drunken madness, the one emerging from the depths of his prison, the one that Mycroft Holmes had come to fuel every day. Sherlock Holmes is there, somewhere, and he wishes to play. James Moriarty just wants to give him a game that matches his greatness. He didn't think his smooth, perfectly crafted plan could take such a turn. He had no idea that obsession had gotten so out of hand.

“What is the meaning of this?” Will bit out. “Who the hell do you think you are? Do you have any idea who you’ve kidnapped?”
Hannibal’s breath caught in his throat.
The profiler’s voice was rich; deeper than he’d expected and heady as a glass of wine. His anger roughened the dulcet tones to a delicious growl, but Hannibal could listen to him speak for hours and never tire of the sound. The silence stretched for long moments before he realized he was staring, lost in thought. Hannibal shook his head and crossed his legs, focusing instead on Will’s questions.
“I take it that’s a no to the drink,” he replied smoothly, reaching for his own cup. “And you know very well who I am. We are in constant contention; it would be difficult to be unfamiliar.”
Hannibal Lecter, head of the crime syndicate of Baltimore, Maryland, has everything he could possibly want - that is, except peace. When the man who has been causing him not end of trouble asks for his help, the two of them, once thinking themselves in complete opposition, might find they have more in common than either could possibly imagine.
