Summary
Dean encounters a creature outside the bunker, loses a chunk of memory, making him forget who Jack is as well as forget that he and Cas are married. Panic attack ensues, helped along by haunting memories of John Winchester's homophobic "disciplines."
Over the next few days, Dean is forced to come face to face with his repressed feeling for Cas, trying to get to know his son/be a dad, and help get his memories back. All while also feeling like a homewrecker.

Summary

Summary
Waves crash against the Maine coastline and if it weren’t freezing in the cabin, it would be extremely peaceful. If half the roof wasn’t caved in above the loft, it would be a cozy place to bunk for a few days, and Dean could take his time with Cas. The sun is rising, though, and they don’t have much time as it is. Dean doesn’t want to rush but he wants to keep the promise he made to Cas earlier, before they were under the threat of being smited—smote?—by Raphael.
Dean’s had a lot of last nights on earth, and he’s headed for more, he knows, and he wouldn’t waste any of them sitting quietly. He promised Cas that he won’t let him die a virgin, not on his watch, and they head out, hours to go before Raphael appears.
