As they compete together, they grow closer than they ever thought they would.

I loved this fic sm!!
Lately I've been SO interested in rinsagi/Isarin and this fic was perfect for me. I swear I even read it at school when I had a little free time LMAO 😭😭I would have liked more debate related stuff though, that was what catched my attention and why I decided to read this fic. But I understand it's something hard to write and requires lots of work.
I also rlly rlly liked the relationship between the itoshi brothers, something in my heart healed a little ❤️🩹
I wanted to comment in almost every chapter but AO3 always marks my comments as spam an I DON'T KNOW WHYYY.
Anyways, I hope the author is doing better now and tyy for the beautiful story.

Boy lips couldn't be that different from girl lips anyway. Langa, meanwhile, knows this isn't a good idea. Yet, if having Reki to himself is ultimately impossible, then might as well take what he can get--even if it is going to be painful in the end.

The problem, Hikaru decides, is that Yoshiki is kind of a wimp. Yoshiki's gotten away with it for all these years because he's always been taller than the rest of them; no one's picking him out as an easy target at first glance. But if you know how to sniff these things out - and Hikaru does - Yoshiki's got that unmistakable wounded-animal quality to him, like a deer limping just a bit as it moves through the herd. The sort of guy you can't help but want to push around a little, just to see how far he'll let you take it.
Hikaru doesn't like that other people might be starting to see it, too.
