Hiya folks! It's Eurovision season and as a fan, I've been having it on my mind almost non-stop lately, so I decided to do a Supergirl Eurovision AU.
Watch as Kara and Lena find themselves fighting to stay true to themselves and who they are in the midst of the extravaganza that is the Eurovision Song Contest!
This story uses canon very loosely, with the most obvious change to Kara being she's not Supergirl. Instead, among other things, she sings and becomes involved in the alien community locally.This was begun before Eurovision 2022, and that is when the story takes place still, even while obviously that year has already past.
Surely I'm not the only Eurovision and Supergirl fan - so come on, won't you join me on this adventure!

🎵 It's the holiday season! 🎵
Join me as I attempt to post a short-to-medium length work every day of December. I can't believe it's December already, but I'm excited to give this a shot. I've got a list of a word for each day of December and the idea is I'm going to post in response to that word a Supergirl fanfic each day. I'm also going to at least try to stick to the same canon for all of them. I'm going to mostly be working in the far future of the show, but this will be sticking to the show's canon as a base. So, for better or for worse, that will mean witch!Lena, Kara did reveal her identity to the world, and so on.
Also, I'm planning to move about in moods and themes discussed quite a bit. Some will be more sad, some more fluffy, some a bit more solidly in-between, etc...

Summary
Follow along the lives of trans woman Kara Zor-El Danvers and her family and friends.
Includes Supercorp, Dansen, Brainia, the concept of Reign redeemed, and some original characters, as well!Part 1, "Loving Someone as You Are": In progress story that begins in-between seasons 3 and 4. Picks and chooses what elements from canon to keep and what not to, but takes place at the same time as canon.
Part 2, "We Wish You a Super Christmas!": A few Christmas one-shots that take place post-canon, beginning as Supercorp begins to form a family of their own. In-progress.
Part 3, "Áine & Zhinah’s Excellent Adventure Through the Multiverse": A story where I bring my OC Luthor-Danvers twins to various Earths in the multiverse just playing with different possibilities of where canon could have gone. In-progress.
Part 4, coming 2022: A continuation of "Loving Someone As You Are." "We Wish You a Super Christmas!" stories will fit in between parts of this story.

Summary
The one where Kara goes to a sex therapist/psycologist in an effort to save her dwindling relationship with Mon-el only to realize that she is gay. Lena helps Kara overcome her psychological trauma and the struggles she has with power and control through sexual surrogacy and therapy. Mon-El is out the door relatively quick. Lena struggles with her attraction to Kara and vice versa, neither woman wanting to cross any lines. Eventual Kara/Sam/Lena poly plot but it will take a while to get there. Lena has a 6 year old. Inner monologue is italicized. All mistakes are my own.
