Summary
Noelle has been infatuated with the mysterious, abrasive new girl at school for a month now, and it seems most of everyone knows it other than her. Susie, the new girl, has grown jaded from moving from town to town, and has taken on the role of the local bully. Oddly enough, the only one who seems to escape the wrath of the purple beast is Noelle, who lays awake each night wondering why. As Susie allows herself to be more than her anger, and Noelle more than her fear, the two girls find themselves growing closer, as if their relationship was meant to be. But as Susie continues to jump the track of fate and spit in the face of the prophecy, will love truly find its way to the girl?

Summary
Kris didn't know what to expect when they started college with their childhood best friend Noelle. They had spent their entire childhood after getting adopted in the same Monster-only town, with Noelle as their only friend their own age(sure, they were friendly with the other kids their age, that's what happens when you go to the same school since kindergarten, but Noelle is the only person they've ever considered a friend), and the only other people they could consider friends being their own and Noelle's older siblings.
But they did NOT expect to suddenly be thrust into a world of bigotry, chaos, a curriculum that actually challenges them, and, more than all of that...
Meeting people who they connect with not because their parents were friends, but because they truly connect to each other on a deeper level.
And while they drift away from Noelle and finally start to make friends on their own...
They also find themself crushing on a certain bluebird Noelle becomes study buddies with.
(This has NO connection to 'What if?' Or any of the other fanfiction connected to it.)
