Summary
The rumble of the earth beneath one’s feet was not something bewildering. It was a simple fact of the world they inhabited, as greater powers aroused from slumber often broke free in the most turbulent of ways. 'Sukuna' doesn't flinch, doesn't hesitate as he says a simple "No."
Yuuji closes his eyes, his heart fissuring into two as he comes to terms with the reality he always knew deep down, but had never wanted to admit to himself. He knew that his brother was gone to this world, that he was dead, that whatever came back in his place was someone —no, something— else entirely.
