At that Rossi laughed and signaled the bartender to bring them another round. "Is that what's eating at you? Are you jealous, Aaron?"
"I'm not jealous. I'm upset that he would put his life in danger because he thinks she's attractive."
"It sounds an awful lot like jealousy to me. You know he would have done the same thing for anyone, he won't let someone go into a dangerous situation without backup even if he is the only backup. Give him some credit."

Aaron and Derek have been married for over 5 years and they have come along way from where they started out. Derek had a hard past and Hotch never judged him for it, he actually became protective of Derek. After encountering someone during a case who was giving Derek a hard time, it was time for Hotch to deal with him.
Or Hotch exposes his marriage with Morgan to the team (it’s not mainly about the team’s reaction, it’s more so just about Hotch taking care of and being protective of Morgan)
