Heyo! I'm Bitter! This is my first time posting a fic so I apologize for the messiness. This is a roleplay written between Gore and me, so the formatting is a bit funky. Gore writes all of Shadow's dialogue, as well as Silver and Mephiles. I write all of Sonic's dialogue, as well as Amy's! A few things to note before delving into this first chapter is that this is a human au, as well as a soulmate au, and all of the characters are aged up. Mephiles, Scourge, and Infinite are very scummy people in this au-- you'll see why later on ;P. Also, soulmarks act almost like tattoos here and will appear like they're glowing in the presence of the person's destined soulmate, but otherwise aren't visible. I'm working on the character designs, so once those are finished I'll have them posted on Twitter at bitterswtcos! Without further ado, please enjoy Gore and I's shenanigans <3!
