    Wei Wuxian's life had derailed the moment he presented as an omega. He felt like the same person, despite his new biological reactions, yet everyone acted like his whole life should change. How could a poor omega like him become an engineer? Even if his poor little brain could figure out the math, who would want to hire him? Which made his promotion to the Director of Engineering that more rewarding. It was proof that his hard work and planning was finally coming together. He could pratically taste his future on the horizon.

    There was nothing that could derail his plans....except maybe running into the alpha that had started it all.

    “I know that,” Xuanyu rolled his eyes. “I mean, why don’t you just send a courier with the present to Yunmeng?”
    “Yu-gege doesn’t understand!” A-Yuan said hotly. “Daddy wants to make friends with the doggy so that he could still visit Lotus Pier!”

    Lan Wanji was never told the details of his parents' story. Now that he has discovered his own desires, his life's goal is to keep Wei Wuxian from finding out. But life is cruel and truths get revealed at the worst possible times.

    Since I suck at summaries, here are some key features:
    - it's Wangxian mainly
    - plus some development of the prev generation Lans
    - plus going to war with the Wens
    - plus Wen Qing being totally badass
    - plus Jin family craziness
    - plus just about every character ever mentioned on the show and some assumed ones getting screentime and storylines
