Summary
Itadori Sukuna had always carried strange memories that were not his, memories from a distant past that was full of violence and gore. He never cared about them, instead only trying his best to live a life he chose without any regret with his best friend and his grandfather.
Until his grandfather died and a child showed up in his doorstep, claiming to be his little brother.
"My name is Itadori Yuuji! Nice to meet you, nii-san!"
And suddenly, everything was beginning to make sense.
TLDR: Sukuna reincarnates in an alternate universe where everything mostly stay the same, except Yuuji is now younger and Sukuna is his older brother.

Summary
Yuji is tired and depressed; so many of his friends died and he’s just so tired of losing people. He somehow ends up in the Heian Era as a three year old with the memories of a nineteen year old. It goes about as poorly as you’d expect.
I’ve never read the manga, but I have seen a few spoilers so there might be some inaccuracies where I just made stuff up to fill in the gaps.

Was it petty? Yes. Did he care? Absolutely not.
