Summary
When the black phone rings, he knows what he has to do. Answer it, state his name, his location, and his plan, then run.
On a Tuesday afternoon Ben gets the call. His brother has found him and he has to go right now. All he's told is that he'll have help and he'll know them because they'll know the code phrase. He doesn't expect his help to come in the form of a firecracker slip of a girl with more attitude than muscle, but he'll take what he can get. Ben and his new protector run, but Ben knows he can't run forever. Eventually, he and Kylo will have to finish what they started so long ago.
This is a slow-burn secret-agent-style thriller with eventual romance, fluff, and a ratings hike at some point. Enjoy!

Sometimes, good things end in a mess - Sokka and Suki's relationship for example, which ended because she thought he wanted someone else and she did want someone else. Sometimes, even messy things can be bittersweet, like when the two meet again at a party a year later and finally talk about what went wrong. And sometimes, things can be inevitable, and Sokka could find himself watching the way the moonlight trails down Toph's skin and wondering why he hadn't been looking at her like this all along.

Summary
There was nothing in his tiny company's mission statement that included taking a secretive government contract, helping a former-client-turned-secretary navigate the murky waters of pregnancy, or socializing a reclusive employee. All Cassian wanted when he started Rogue One Investigations was to take small, impersonal jobs that he could walk away from at the end of the day, hopefully with a sense of satisfaction at having made the world a slightly better place.
Then Jyn Erso drops into his life like a firecracker with a baby belly, and suddenly the former Special Operations soldier is going domestic. He doesn't even mean to, but there's just something about Jyn...
Or the one where the PI plotline takes a total backseat to the Cassian being overprotective of pregnant Jyn, and pregant Jyn wanders around in confusion wondering how the hell she's supposed to have a baby.

Summary
Rey bobs her head. Once. Twice. A third time. And then the train car’s windows are lit with the lights of the incoming station. The brakes squeal as she bobs a fourth time. Ben grunts sharply and grabs her under her arms as the car starts to stop. As the doors fling open, he frantically yanks her off of her knees and into his lap to hide himself from anyone entering the otherwise empty car. He breathes hard and struggles to appear normal. Like his date is just sitting innocently on his lap like they (chastely) can’t get enough of each other.
Thankfully, no one boards. The doors slip shut, and the car lurches forward once again.
“Could you hold something for me?” Rey asks him innocently from over her shoulder.
“Sure,” Ben responds dazedly, automatically offering his hand to her.
She smiles at him and places something tiny and red and lacy in his palm.
Oh fuck.
He looks just to be sure, and there they are. Her underwear.
