Summary
Hob sat up reluctantly, Morpheus stretching beside him like a cat. If Morpheus had a spirit animal, it would definitely be a cat, Hob has always thought. And that idea alone was enough to make him smile and half-lean over Morpheus. He gently brushed Morpheus’ hair away from his forehead, which earned him a contented sigh.
Set before and after the events of s01:e11: "Calliope".

Summary
Hob Gadling learned that “asleep” and “awake” were not opposites, as much as binary stars caught in each other’s gravity. And that dreaming was not a waste of time spent in the waking – but rather its truest and oldest companion.

But when Scorpius shows up in his town to plan his wedding, Albus is forced to deal with regrets long-buried. He isn’t sure how he’s supposed to handle another broken heart, though, when it never healed properly in the first place.
