Then, he hears the little bell of his door ring through the shop, all the way to the back where he’s at, and he stops in his tracks.
He wasn’t expecting this.
What does he do?

Yeah, look.
He peeks out of the little window on the door to the front to see if it’s even actually a customer (who knows? It could be, like, his ex-wife or his mom or someone; it’s kinda weird to be getting a customer at this time).
Okay. That’s definitely a customer. And the customer is in an incredibly expensive suit. Hell, Gi-hun would go so far as to say that suit probably costs more than his entire fucking restaurant (though, this place can barely even be called a restaurant, to be honest).
Surely not, though, right?

That suit can’t be that expensive.
