Summary
War follows all life, whether it’s human, magic, or dragon, everywhere they go.
One hundred and thirteen years after the massive Apocalypse that rendered the East Coast of North America uninhabitable, the dragon shifter Hannibal Arosoff finds himself concealed in the peaceful town of Snowdale. Life after the War has been the most difficult for the dragons shifters, always on the run and in hiding from the world’s dragon hunters, who blame them for the war. He knows his purpose is to live, but he wants more.
Meanwhile, the lone survivor of a massacre on the planet Polaris, Danny Jameson takes on his new name and finds himself incorporated into an Earth family and fit into the post-Apocalyptic society. As he struggles to find his place in this new life, Danny reunites with some friends of the family he once had on Polaris and finds himself questioning his life even further.
Both team up with a group called the Flame in the hopes of protecting their town… and embark on the mission to perhaps liberate the planet Sirius and restore it as a safe home for dragons everywhere. But their lives take an unlikely twist as Snowdale comes under an unspecified and dangerous threat…

Summary
War follows all life, whether it’s human, magic, or dragon, everywhere they go.
An Apocalypse rendered the East Coast of North America uninhabitable. Two countries have arisen from its remnants, but for the most part, New America consists solely of entirely self-dependent, self-run towns, where crime is unchecked. Chaos is everywhere.
Now, over one hundred years later, the dragon shifter Hannibal Arosoff finds himself living inside the chaos that has become New America. The dragons, having taken the worst of the brunt, are hated world-wide. Hannibal spends his life in hiding, living in fear of the arrival of the dreaded dragon hunters, and eventually begins to discover there are other reasons humans fear the dragons.
Meanwhile, taking advantage of the situation in New America, a group of humans have fled the unrest of their home planet, Sirius, and disappeared among the Earthlings where they can start a rebellion to fight back against their tyrannical king.
